Reservation Rules

Reservation for monthly stays will require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00

Reservations for weekly stays will require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00

Reservations for shorter stays will require deposit equal to the daily rate of the services required for your stay

If you book weekly or monthly rates and leave early or asked to leave for not following rules 

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED
